Our organization could not serve the legal needs of our Monterey County seniors without the attorneys, legal assistance staff and volunteers who belong to Legal Services for Seniors. Take some time to meet them:

...OUR ATTORNEYS...

KELLIE D. MORGANTINI ~ is our Executive Director and Directing Attorney. Kellie, a native of Southern Monterey County, attended Monterey College of Law and has been on Legal Services’ staff since 1998.

DIANA LEON ~ Our Staff Attorney for the Salinas offce and for our South County outreach sites in Greenfield and King City. Diana handles our court appearances for restraining orders, guardianships and other cases which take our seniors into the courtroom.

...OUR ADVOCATES...

VICTORIA FLORES ~ is the senior paralegal for the Salinas office. Victoria, bilingual in English and Spanish, provides oversight to our Southern Monterey County advocates.

YVETTE VAZQUEZ ~ bilingual in Spanish and English, is a paralegal in our Salinas office.

ERIC FONFEREK ~ Eric, based in our Seaside office, graduated from Monterey College of Law and is our Monterey Peninsula Outreach Advocate.

SAM ARQUILLA ~ Sam brings his extensive work history with the Social Security Administration to benefit LSS’ clients. Sam is our outreach advocate for South County and Castroville (North County) outreach sites.

CHELSEA ADEYEMO - is our certified law student, currently attending Monterey College of Law. Chelsea helps with all our clients and is developing a speciality in guardianships (helping our clients obtain legal custody of their grandchildren).

...OUR ADMINISTRATIVE & SUPPORT STAFF... NANCY MICCOLI ~ LSS' Administrative Assistant has over 20 years experience in management and business development in in our local real estate, accounting and title industry.

BARBARA SURETTE ~ is our Seaside receptionist and likely the first person you will talk to when you call our Seaside office. Barbara is a wonderful addition to our staff.

We couldn’t get along without all the volunteers who also give their time to us, like Ed Bandarra and Barbara Bluett, who help us out in our Seaside office, and Terry Black, who lends a hand in Salinas.
