  If you are a Monterey County resident and at least sixty (60) years old, we may be able to help you with your legal problem.

    There is no income limit to qualify for our services however, depending on our current workload, preference is given to those in the greatest legal, economic and social need.

  What does it cost?

    We charge no fees; we do, however, gladly accept tax-deductible contributions.

    If you have a problem with which we can assist you, we will.  If the type or level of legal problem you have is one we cannot assist you with, we will direct you to a resource where you can find help.
